SSC CGL, CHSL 2017 Results: Supreme Court’s Hearing Gets Postponed
As you know, the students are eagerly waiting for the last action in the case of SSC CGL 2017 leaks. Sources have already highlighted the strictness of the Supreme Court on the fraudulent practices of #SSC examination results for 2017, in which the question papers were leaked for the online main exam held in February this year. On failing to catch all the culprits involved in the fraud, the CBI concluded an obscure and unedited investigation. The Supreme Court stressed the reduction in further proceedings of SSC CGL 2017 examination results. SC has allowed SSC to declare the result of SSC CGL 2017 Tier 2 re-examination that was held on 9th March 2018. SC has further postponed the hearing to 16th April 2019. The Supreme Court had sought the opinion of the central government about the same and the decision is still pending till the final hearing is not conducted in the Supreme Court.
According to the latest information received from the sources, the current status shows that the matter has been listed on 16th April 2019, which was earlier scheduled on 11th April 2019.
