Bank of Baroda Clerk to Officer promotion process: Eligibility, Exam Pattern 

All the Public Sector Banks conduct a different exam for the promotion of clerk to Officer, and every bank has different eligibility criteria, syllabus and exam pattern for the promotion of clerk to Officer. Eligibility criteria

BoB Clerks who satisfy the following criteria are eligible for the promotion to officer:

SENIORITY CHANNEL

  • Eligibility Criteria: Age Limit • Maximum 58 years and
  • Maximum 55 years for the employees who have joined the bank’s service in
  • Clerical cadre ofter the dote of said settlement i.e. 27th Sep.2012.
  • Minimum Active Service in Clerical cadre: 15 years.

ALL INDIA CHANNEL:-

  • Eligibility Criteria: AGe Limit – Maximum 55 years
Category Minimum Active service
Chartered Accountants (CAs)

OR

Cost and Works Accountants {ICWAs)

OR

Company Secretaries

OR

Ph.DI D.Lit in subjects related to Banking in the Disciplines of Agriculture, Commerce. Economics, Law and Management from a recognized University.

OR

Masters Degree/ Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science {Two years and after completion of Graduation) from a recognized University.

OR

Degree in Engineering/Posl-Graduale Diploma in Architecture from a recognized University or from on Institute recognized by the Central Government.

OR

MBAs {offer completion of Graduation) from a recognized University or from an Institute recognized by the Central Government. Condidotes hoving obove mentioned Quolificotions with minimum 50% morks in aggregate, from o recognized University or from on Institute recognized by the Central Government sho/1 be elioible under this coteoorv.

Confirmed employees with minimum 1 year of active service in Clerical cadre
First Closs Graduates/ First Closs Post-Graduates from a recognized University or from an Institute recognized by the Central Government.

OR

Graduates/Post-Graduates with both parts of CAIIB/ CAIB service in the (London)

OR

Graduates/ Post Graduate Diploma (one year) in Computer Science from o recognized University or from an lnstitule recoonized by the Central Government

2 years of active Graduates/Post-Graduates with both parts of CAIIB/ CAIB service in the (London) Clerical cadre.
Graduates/ Post Graduate with Port I of CAIIB/ CAIB (London)

OR

Non-graduate fas on the date of settlement) with CAIIB/ CAIB {London)- both Part

3 years of active  service in Clerical cadre
Graduates/ Post Graduates (other than A. B & C above) from o recognized University

OR

Non-Graduates with CAIIB f Port 1)/ CAIB (London) Port I (who ore in the clerical cadre as on the dote of settlement)

4 years of active service in the Clerical cadre
Non-graduates (who are in the clerical cadre as on the date of settlement) 7 years of active service in the Clerical cadre

 

  • 1 year Experience + Technical Degree (Likes MBA, B.tech etc)
  • 2 year Experience + Simple Graduate/ Non-technical degree
