JKSSB Exam Pattern and Syllabus:

Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board (JKSSB) has released the notification for the recruitment of for Posts of Class –IV with 8575 Vacancies. ♦ JKSSB 2020 Exam Pattern:

JKSSB Posts of Class –IV 2020 Exam will be conducted in Single phase. The written exam which are conducted in OMR Based. The structure of exams is as follows:

Subjects	Marks	Duration
Basic Mathematics	20 Marks	2 hours
Basic Reasoning	20 Marks
Basic English	20 Marks
General Awareness and Science	40 marks

♦The criteria for selection shall be as follows:-

UT Cadre
Criteria
Written Test	85 Marks
Candidates whose family member neither is nor has been in Govt. service, including in PSUs/Boards/Autonomous Bodies, etc substantially owned & controlled by the Govt.	5 Marks
Widows, divorced women, judicially separated women and orphan girls(certificate to be issued by Tehsildar)	5 Marks
Casual worker engaged for five years or more (Proof required)	5 Marks
Total	100 Marks

Divisional Cadre
Criteria
Written Test	80 Marks
Candidate of the Home Division	5 Marks
Candidates whose family member neither is nor has been in Government service, including in PSUs/Boards/Autonomous Bodies,etc substantially owned and controlled by the Government.	5 Marks
Widows, divorced women, judicially separated women and orphan girls	5 Marks
Casual worker engaged for five years or more	5 Marks
Total	100 Marks

District Cadre
Criteria
Written Test	70 Marks
Candidate of the Home District	10 Marks
Candidates whose family member neither is nor has been in Government service, including in PSUs/Boards/Autonomous Bodies,etc substantially owned and controlled by the Government.	5 Marks
Widows, divorced women, judicially separated women and orphan girls	5 Marks
Casual worker engaged for five years or more (With Proof)	5 Marks
Total	100 Marks
